When to use

Use as slide 1 when the audience does not yet share the problem. Do not use a title slide to list agenda, team, or logos. Do not use Consulting density here.

Guidelines

The board is a hook: one sentence the CEO can repeat in the hallway. Subtitle, if any, is a kicker (audience + forum), not a paragraph.

Example

Northline board · Q3

Harbor is the last mile we still run on clipboards.

Dark executive board; one claim. Steal the kicker + single sentence, not decoration.

Rules

  1. Exactly one sentence of body-scale type; it is the title.
  2. No bullets, tables, or diagrams on this pattern.
  3. Family is Executive sparse unless the rest of the deck is locked to another family and the title must match — still no table.

User recipe

Goal: open a deck.

Inputs: audience, forum, the one problem.

Constraints: Title / hook Rules.

Prompt skeleton: “Make a title/hook slide in family executive-sparse using the Title / hook rules. Problem: [problem]. Audience: [audience].”
