Action titles (assert, don’t label)
Topic titles name a pile of content. Action titles tell the audience what to believe.
Bad: “Harbor cutover.” Good: “Wave the Harbor cutover; do not go live in one weekend.”
Rules
- The title is a sentence with a verb, not a noun phrase.
- A reader who sees only the title can repeat the takeaway.
- Do not put the takeaway only in the body or the speaker track.
