One message per slide

A slide is a claim, not a folder. If you need two claims, you need two slides.

Rules

1. State one decision, finding, or ask per slide.
2. If a second message remains after you title the slide, split the slide.
3. Backup data goes in the appendix or speaker notes, not as a second story on the board.
