Reading order and “so what”

The eye should hit the claim, then the proof, then the implication.

Rules

1. Top-left (or the action title) is the so-what. Do not bury it in a footer.
2. Proof (chart, table, diagram) comes after the claim, not before.
3. A bottom banner, if present, restates the implication — it does not introduce a new ask.
