When to use

Use when the decision needs a scoreboard. Do not use twelve KPIs. Do not use this as a dashboard screenshot.

Guidelines

Four tiles. Title names which metric is the issue. Units on the tile.

Example

Harbor Wave 0

Scan rate is fine; dock dwell is the metric that still kills same-day.

Midwest DC · trailing 4 weeks · fictional

Four metrics, title calls dock dwell. Steal the “one guilty metric” title.

Rules

  1. Three to five KPIs.
  2. Title names the metric that matters, not “Dashboard.”
  3. Each tile has a value and a label; units are visible.
  4. Time window is on the source line.
