Consulting exhibit
When to use
Use for partner-ready decision slides: comparisons, findings, tables, KPI rows, and process exhibits. Do not use when the audience needs one idea and a lot of air (that is Executive sparse) or a system diagram (that is Cloud architecture).
Hallmarks
- Action title: the slide asserts a recommendation, not a topic.
- Light board, navy title, one accent. Color is for status, not decoration.
- Density is high but aligned: columns, tables, source line.
- MECE grouping. If it is not on this slide, it does not belong to this decision.
- Source / footnote line at the bottom.
Anti-patterns
- Topic titles (“Harbor update”).
- Rainbow palettes and stock-photo wallpaper.
- Mixing AWS-style icon soup into a table exhibit.
- More than one decision on one slide.
